Why does the green light keep flashing on the back of the watch?
The watch uses PPG heart rate sensor HRS3300. The green light is a sensitive sensor that goes to the wrist and gets light feedback. You can turn off automatic heart rate monitoring to turn off the light.
Daily Activity Tracking
The P22 smart watch can track the following data: Steps, Calories, Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen, Blood Pressure, Exercise Duration and Distance and etc. The data will be automatically synced to the HeroBandâ…¢ app.
Compatibility
The 1.4″ fitness tracker is compatible with iOS 9.0 and Android 4.4 and above smartphones, not with computer, laptop and tablets. Bluetooth 4.0 and above is also necessary for connection. When connecting, the distance between the watch and the mobile phone should not exceed 10 meters.
Charging Method & Usage Time
The watch has a charging cable that has a magnetic coupling. Just need to hold the connector to the back of the watch, let the magnets automatically snap it into place. Then place the watch horizontally to charge it.
It can be used for 7-10 days after one fully charge. The longest standby time is 30 days.
Smart Notifications
Message Notifications:
Tap on the ‘Notifications’ and allow all permissons. Then turn on the ‘Phone’, ‘Messages’ or other apps that you want to receive the messages. The watch will display notifications of incoming calls, SMS and ohter apps such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter etc.
Note: You cannot reply messages and answer calls on the watch. The watch can only receive messages displayed in the phone notification bar.
Sedentary Alert:
Tap on ‘Others – Reminders To Move’. At regular intervals, your watch will remind you to rest and walk for a while. The valid time is 10:00-22:00.
Alarm Clock:
You can set alarms by tapping on watch icon and ‘Alarms’ in the app. A total of three alarm clocks can be set. Select the alarm clock to set the time and repetition rate.
Remote Camera Control:
Select the ‘Schutter’ in the app. Then the watch will display the interface ‘CAMERA’. Click ‘CAMERA’ on the watch to control your phone to take pictures.

Warm Tips:
Please charge the watch when you firstly use it.The screen display time can’t be changed. You can set the Quick View in the App. The screen will light on when you turn yoru wrist.The message on the watch cannot be deleted manually, and the new message will automatically cover the old one.
