Q: Why my converter show black screen or No siganl?
A: Pls try the follow methods to troubleshoot problem.
1. Please make sure that you buy a right adapter which allow to work with your input devices such as Xbox, DVD Play, PS3 , PS4 and your tv that has HDMI Port only, not RCA port.
2. Please set correct input signal source to HDMI out.
3. Please dial the button of 720P/1080P for trying.
4. Poor AV connection, and you can replace a high-quality AV cable .
5. If the converter still doesn’t work, please send us message for a new replacement.
Q: Why does the monitor display color bar or waves?
A: Pls try the follow methods to troubleshoot problem.
1. Please plug DC5V/1A-2A power supply, a phone adapter can do the job.
2. Try to unplug and replug the HDMI & RCA cable, then set the correct input signal source to HDMI Out.
3. If the converter still doesn’t work, please send us message for a new replacement.
Q: The picture works, but without audio?
A: Change a high-quality AV cable to check again. Make sure your monitor has bulit-in speaker, if not, pls connect a new tv.
After trying all and the issue still be there, please send us message for a new replacement.
Q: Why does it have audio and no picture, or have picture only with black & white?
A: Change a high-quality AV or hdmi cable to check again, or change a tv for trying.
